Services and Appointments
GLOW by Elena Reitman MD provides aesthetic medical treatments at our Cresskill, NJ office. All treatments are performed or directly supervised by Dr. Elena Reitman, MD.
Scheduling an appointment through this website or by phone constitutes agreement to our office policies, including the cancellation terms described below.
Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Patients must provide 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits collected at booking secure your appointment time. GLOW by Elena Reitman MD reserves the right to apply deposit forfeiture when the 48-hour notice period is not met.
Treatment Consent
Medical aesthetic treatments carry risks that vary by procedure. Dr. Reitman discusses expected outcomes, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions during your consultation.
Written consent is required before any treatment. Patients must disclose relevant medical history, current medications, and known allergies prior to treatment.
